The Role of Process Operator

As a process operator, you will be responsible, together with your colleagues, for the production of asphalt and the daily operations of the asphalt plant. This also means that you will handle sampling, quality monitoring of both incoming materials and finished asphalt on a daily basis. You will also be responsible for ordering materials such as bitumen. Wheel loader operation and repair and maintenance work occur daily.

Your Profile

We prefer that you have experience in similar tasks, preferably from an asphalt or concrete plant. To manage the job, you must have some computer skills and be proficient in Swedish and English, both spoken and written. It is an advantage if you have a driver's license for wheel loaders, as well as welding and repair skills. As a person, you are service-oriented, organized, conscientious, independent, and proactive. You understand the importance of building good relationships both internally and externally. You are flexible and somewhat stress-resistant. Additional Information

The position is a permanent full-time employment. Overtime and irregular working hours may occur. A probationary period will apply. The placement is in Växbo outside Bollnäs at the NCC asphalt plant. A B driver's license is required. We conduct background checks prior to employment.
